Tonari no Kashiwagi-san manga review

A story of a beautiful youth days of highschool life. Real life is already hard and full of bull**** 😖, so I think Tonari no Kashiwagi-san manga really draw a clear line of how a manga should be, manga is an artwork that made to entertain people and give the reader a positive vibes.

Sakuraba and store manager
Sakuraba while working with his boss. Yeah really, she is his boss 😂.

Actually the manga I finished before, Gokukoku no Brynhildr has a really heavy story and it’s gave me a great sense of empty feeling when I finished it. So I need to find something that could help me to forget it, and when I read the first chapter of Tonari no Kashiwagi-san the story is seems is very light-hearthed and it sure does till’ the end so this manga is a very good media for me to forget the dark tragedy of Gokukoku no Brynhildr 😃.

The art is cute and just looked from the cover, it is indeed filled with chibi scenes. Also the characters personality are easily loveable and easygoing (somehow Sakuraba’s appearance is reminds me to the main character of “Whistle” anime 😀). Just like I said, this manga is a good media to help you to rise up from your empty feeling of your previous manga.

Sakuraba and Kashiwagi
The best quote in Tonari no Kashiwagi-san: “Why are you wasting your time on something you dislike, instead using it to enjoy the things you like.” 😃

The story seems have a little slow on the character development. Or I could say, Sakuraba as the main character may be not growth much in the story 😂. But it’s still very nice to see the light-hearted plots filled with comedy and the innocence lovey-dovey stuffs, really help me to recover from my sense of loss over my previous heavy-story manga.

Tonari no Kashiwagi-san animation manga (Manga 2.5) and sequel

Manga 2.5. So, Tonari no Kashiwagi manga has an adaptation project with a form of “animation comic” or known as “Manga 2.5” released as 11 episodes. I have read the preview on Youtube and it’s look nice for me, actually something new that I know about this “Manga 2.5” kind.

Sequel. Next is, this manga has a sequel released already and being titled “Tonari no Kashiwagi-san: After days”. I have read the first chapter of the raw, and so the story is the continuation now with the characters in their university life. How about the characters? Hehe, I won’t talk any further and spoiled you here… 😁

Sakuraba and Tina
I only love 2D girls 😂.

On his second year in his highscool life, he feels it more special because there are many things happened from he got accepted to work on his favorite anime store, he found an artist named “Sayane” who’s he admire so much and followed from the SNS, and for the first he found a real 3D girl is beautiful from Kashiwagi Kotone, a girl sit next to him.

Although Sakuraba admire so much the beautiful Kashiwagi who’s sit next to him, the fact that Kashiwagi is known as the girl who hate Otakus, making them to rarely interact for even to just “say hi” to each other.
